Situated pretty much in the middle of the town, but one street behind the main street, Rose Cottage comprises of two room and a shower room. Ideal for a small family or a couple. It has it's own small private garden. The closest beach is Newton Beach, around five minutes walk, and it's a few minutes walk to local shops, cafes and bars.
Welcoming one or two dogs, please discuss with me if you have three.
Sleeps three people, one standard double bed, one single bed, all in the same room.
The Cathedral grounds, just five minutes walk from Rose Cottage are covered in wild garlic and bluebells in Spring.
Superb views from the walk to Fintry Bay . The beginning of this walk is around ten minutes from the cottage along quiet streets
Britain's smallest Cathedral- " The Cathedral of the Isles " is only a few minutes walk from Rose Cottage.
Enjoy a coffee and listen to the birdsong, right outside the cottage.
The garden is a riot of colour in summer.

The fencing is three foot high, green mesh, and this extends over the hedged side. Behind the cottage is a six foot wall.
The day bed can be used as a couch or a single bed.
The bedroom is large, with ample space for the additional single bed, and this room can also be used as comfortable living room.
The kitchen area has seating for two ,with an additional stool for a third person.
