Rental Rates

 Rental rates for Rose Cottage 2023/24

From the end of October till beginning of March, winter rates and a three night minimum stay apply ,arrival any day - please ask for rates. 

No surcharge for summer months.

From beginning of March till end of June, three nights minimum stay  and prices are as follows  :

Three nights : £240

Four nights  :£310

Five nights : £380 

Six nights :   £420

Seven nights : £470

From end of June till August 20th ,prices remain the same but minimum stay of four nights applies.

From August 21st to end of October, prices remain the same but three night minimum stay applies.

A deposit of £50 secures your dates, please check availability on the online calendar then email me or fill in online booking  form. The balance is due at least a month before your stay begins. Please use your surname, ( or part of it) " RC" and the date of your stay in the reference for any deposit or balance payment. This is essential so that I can match payment to stay. Please DO NOT use references such as " holiday" " Millport, " " Balance due" .

Illuminations / September weekend , and Christmas/ New Year prices on application please. 

 Two dogs welcomed warmly, but I'm happy to chat if you'd like to bring three. 

Towels, bed linen and all facilities included in the price. 

Check in is usually after four pm, and check out by nine thirty am, however I can sometimes offer flexibility on this depending on other bookings .
